Once your order has been processed, it is forwarded to our fulfillment partners for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after processing.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
  • We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Refunds may not be issued.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Delays & Unexpected Issues

Although we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Supplier-related delays
  • Natural events

7. Lost Packages
