Refund policy

At Trends Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must contact us before sending the item back

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence

We will offer either:

  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund

6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (7–12 business days plus reasonable transit margin), please contact us.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout may void refund eligibility.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed automatically through our fulfillment system.
